A day in the life of a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Crowne Plaza Newcastle is as varied as it is rewarding. One shift you may be starting at 6am, overseeing breakfast service in the restaurant—welcoming guests with a warm smile, ensuring the coffee is perfectly brewed, and setting the tone for a great day ahead. Another day, you could be leading the dinner service until 11pm, and Covering a busy bar service with a thriving atmosphere, coordinating the team to deliver a seamless and memorable service for our guests.
You’ll be hands‑on throughout service, maintaining a keen eye for detail—from the presentation of each dish to the speed and quality of service—while consistently upholding Crowne Plaza’s brand standards. This is a fast‑paced role that requires energy, adaptability, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
