Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations, recruit and lead staff, and ensure outstanding guest experiences at our Nottingham location. You will develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety regulations across the hotel's F&B outlets.

A day in the life of…

As the hotel's Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
