Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all F&B operations at a 4* property. You will recruit and manage staff, ensure outstanding guest service, develop menus, control inventory and budgets, and enforce health and safety standards.

You will monitor sales, analyse reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote the hotel's F&B offerings. Your leadership, communication and organisational skills, plus a passion for guest experience, will

Responsibilities

A day in the life of…

As the hotel's Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.

What do we need from you?

• At least two years of experience in a similar role at a 4* property.
