Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality EMEA is seeking a Food and Beverage Manager for our Belfast 4* property. You will oversee all F&B operations, recruit and lead staff, develop menus, manage inventory and budgets, and ensure health and safety standards are met.

You will monitor sales performance, analyse financial reports, and collaborate with marketing and sales to promote offerings, while delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with Aimbridge's brand pillars.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in a similar role at a 4* property.
• Deep understanding of F&B industry standards and trends.
• Inspiring leader with first‑class communication and organisation.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experience and brand standards.
• Coffee or barista training.

A day in the life of…

As the hotel's Food and Beverage Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage operations. This includes recruiting. managing staff, ensuring high levels of customer service, developing menus, maintaining inventory and budgets, and enforcing health and safety regulations. The manager must also monitor industry trends, analyse sales and financial reports, and work with marketing and sales teams to promote the hotel's food and beverage offerings. The role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food and beverage industry standards and best practices.
