Zizzi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Shift Leader to join our team in the UK. You will lead during peak shifts and be responsible for keeping service smooth on the floor, at the bar, and in the dining area. You’ll focus on guest satisfaction, staff development, and maintaining high restaurant standards.

You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to progress to Assistant Manager and other leadership roles. Flexible hours and stability are part of the package.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section.
• Reliable and able to guide the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
• Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
