Job summary

Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team. You’ll be hands-on, look after critical sections such as the bar, food pass, or hosting, and run the restaurant during quieter shifts.

You’ll lead by example, motivate the Front of House team, ensure high standards, and handle guest issues with a can-do attitude. Evening and weekend work is common, with clear routes to progression.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or leisure environment.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section on busy shifts.
• Reliable and ready to support the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead front-of-house areas (bar, pass, floor) during peak rushes to keep service seamless.
• Resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive solution.
• Motivate and coach FOH team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Ensure picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and details.
• Keep restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for team and guests.
