Zizzi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor/Shift Leader in the United Kingdom. You will oversee frontline service, manage peak periods, and ensure smooth operation of the dining floor, bar, and kitchen pass. You’ll motivate staff, resolve guest issues, and uphold brand standards for a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment
• A confident, hands-on communicator who brings massive energy and a lead-by-example attitude to every shift
• A structured thinker who can organise a floor section but thinks on their feet when things get buzzing
• Reliable and ready to guide and support the team during our peak times, including evenings and weekends

Responsabilités

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely
• Lead from the front during peak rushes, with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless
• Step in to resolve any guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality
• Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests
