Job summary

Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join the management team. You'll be hands-on and lead critical sections such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during peak shifts and run the restaurant during quieter periods.

You’ll motivate and coach the Front of House team, ensure picture-perfect dish presentation and high standards, and keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality or leisure environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section and adapt on the go.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth and safe operation.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, restaurant standards, and the details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
