Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment, ready for leadership responsibilities.
• A confident, hands-on communicator who brings energy and a lead-by-example attitude to every shift.
• A structured thinker who can organise a floor section and think on their feet during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, ensuring smooth operation and safety.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive, solution-focused approach.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to grow skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Maintain picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and attention to detail for special occasions.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for both team and guests.
