Job summary

Zizzi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team. You will oversee critical sections such as the bar, food pass, and hosting during peak shifts, and run the restaurant during quieter times.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment and leadership responsibilities.
• A confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Structured thinker who can organise a floor section and adapt on the fly.
• Reliable and able to guide the team during peak times, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods to ensure smooth operations.
• Lead from the front during peak shifts with full ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to help them grow their skills and deliver standout, feel-good hospitality.
• Care about picture-perfect dish presentation, restaurant standards and the details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
