Job summary

Zizzi is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor/Shift Leader to support the management team. You will oversee critical sections such as the bar, food pass, and hosting, especially during peak times, and run the restaurant during quieter shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment with leadership responsibilities.
• Confident communicator who leads by example and motivates the team.
• Able to stay structured and calm during busy periods.

Responsibilities

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods with smooth operations.
• Lead frontline areas (Pass, Bar, Floor) during peak shifts to ensure seamless service.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a positive solution.
• Motivate and coach Front of House team to deliver standout hospitality.
• Ensure dish presentation, restaurant standards, and details for memorable occasions.
• Keep the restaurant safe, clean, and welcoming for staff and guests.
