MPJ Recruitment is recruiting for a First Notification of Loss Motor Claims Handler in Manchester City Centre. You will be the first point of contact for customers after road traffic accidents, gathering information and guiding claims from start to resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience within FNOL, claims, insurance or accident management.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Calm, empathetic and professional telephone manner.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Positive attitude with desire to maximise earnings through performance.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound FNOL calls from customers involved in road traffic accidents.
• Gather accurate information and record all claim details.
• Assess liability and identify next steps.
• Explain the claims process clearly and professionally.
• Arrange services such as vehicle recovery, repairs, replacement vehicles.
• Keep customers updated during the early stages of their claim.
• Deliver excellent customer service while achieving targets.
