Job summary

Nestlé UK&I Dalston Factory in Cumbria is seeking a Learning & Training Coordinator to ensure training compliance and to empower employees through targeted learning programs.

You will manage the site training plan, budget and records, run the Training Centre, induct new starters, coordinate apprenticeships with the Nestlé Academy, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering learning and training programs, ideally within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong coaching, development and people skills to drive performance through capability building.
• Experience in planning and running training activities and records management.

Responsibilities

• Driving mandatory training compliance on site, ensuring completion on time and reporting to Nestlé external standards.
• Leading and driving processes that ensure operational competence of individuals on site.
• Developing and executing the site annual training plan and managing the training budget.
• Day-to-day running of the Training Centre and alignment of training with factory priorities.
• Managing the new starter induction process to onboard new employees.
• Coordinating site apprenticeships, supporting talent development with the Nestlé Academy.
