Job summary

Nestlé Dalston Factory in Cumbria is seeking a Learning & Training Coordinator to drive the planning, development and delivery of site training programs. You will ensure training compliance with Nestlé standards while supporting career growth and a strong talent pipeline.

The role focuses on running the Training Centre, coordinating mandatory and development training, and managing the annual training plan and budget within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Experience developing and delivering learning and training programs.
• Experience in training coordination and planning.
• Experience in FMCG manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong coaching and people skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute site training activity.
• Ensure training compliance with Nestlé standards.
• Lead site annual training plan and manage budget.
• Run Training Centre operations.
• Manage new starter induction process.
• Support site apprenticeship program with Nestlé Academy.
