Job summary

Tata Consumer Products is seeking a Learning & Development Specialist for its Eaglescliffe manufacturing site in the UK. You will lead training compliance, develop site training plans and capability roadmaps, and partner with managers to address capability gaps and drive improvements.

The role focuses on delivering engaging learning solutions, coordinating SOP training, and ensuring audit-ready compliance across Health & Safety training records. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK.

Qualifications

• Experience in Learning & Development, Training Coordination or Training Compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Experience maintaining training records, compliance systems, and training matrices.

Responsibilities

• Leading training compliance across the manufacturing site.
• Building and coordinating site training plans, training matrices and capability roadmaps.
• Supporting future capability planning through skills mapping, training needs analysis and workforce planning.
• Delivering and coordinating engaging learning solutions, SOP training and development activities.
• Working with managers and stakeholders to identify capability gaps and drive continuous improvement.
• Managing external training providers and budgets to maximise value and effectiveness.
• Partnering with Health & Safety teams to maintain audit-ready compliance and training records.
• Supporting site projects, operational change and launch readiness through effective training planning.
