Job summary

Nestlé Dalston Factory in Cumbria is seeking a Learning & Training Coordinator to plan, deliver and continuously improve site training in line with Nestlé standards. You will drive training compliance, manage the Training Centre, and partner with line managers to ensure effective provision across the factory.

Ideal candidates have experience in training coordination within manufacturing, strong coaching skills and a focus on developing talent through induction, apprenticeships and targeted

Qualifications

• Ideal candidate has experience in training coordination and planning, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong coaching and people skills to drive performance.
• Experience with onboarding and induction processes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive mandatory site training compliance and track completion.
• Lead and improve training processes to ensure operational competence.
• Develop and execute the site annual training plan and manage the training budget.
• Oversee the Training Centre operations and align training with factory priorities.
• Manage new starter induction to ensure timely onboarding and training.
• Support site apprenticeship programs in collaboration with the Nestlé Academy.
