Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Factory Trainer in Normanton to join a well-established FMCG manufacturing business. The role offers a salary of £32,000–£34,000 with a competitive pension, excellent benefits, progression, stability and security.

You will develop employees across the factory, ensuring teams have the skills, knowledge and training to perform safely and effectively. Deliver practical, engaging training and support new starters and existing staff on site.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching or employee development.
• Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, food production or similar industries preferred.
• Confident delivering practical training in a factory environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training to new and existing factory employees.
• Conduct new starter inductions and onboarding.
• Provide practical shop-floor training across production and manufacturing.
• Train employees on processes, procedures, safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Assess employee competency and complete sign-offs.
• Maintain training records, competency documentation and skills matrices.
• Identify skills gaps and coordinate refresher and development training.
• Work with Production, HR, Quality and Health & Safety teams.
• Support introduction of new processes, procedures and equipment.

As a Factory Trainer, you will work closely with production teams and management to deliver practical, engaging training across the site. You'll support new starters, develop existing employees and ensure training and competency standards are consistently maintained.

Your Role As A Factory Trainer Will Include:

• Deliver training to new and existing factory employees
