Catman Jobs is recruiting a Revenue Growth Controller for a leading European FMCG food group in the UK. You will drive growth by optimizing price, pack and promotional architecture, and lead the S&OP-driven strategy to maximize profitability.

The role requires at least five years in revenue management and a track record of impacting short-, mid-, and long-term business directions. Progression could lead to marketing, category or commercial roles within the group.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years in revenue management or equivalent.
• Experience in FMCG and commercial roles.
• Ability to lead strategy planning and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead growth management strategy to maximize profit through pricing, pack, and promotions.
• Develop promotional plans to maximise trade spend while optimizing channel profitability.
• Align S&OP process with pricing strategy and revenue goals.
