Manpower (United Kingdom) has partnered with a busy Bicester manufacturing site to recruit a Counterbalance FLT Driver for the PM shift, 14:00–22:00, Monday to Friday. The role offers a temp-to-perm pathway, with full on-site duties moving materials, goods and stock safely around the site.

You will hold a valid Counterbalance licence, have warehouse experience, and contribute to safe operations, quality, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• Previous FLT driving experience in warehousing or manufacturing.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable and flexible approach to work.

Responsabilités

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and move stock across the site.
• Supply production areas with materials as required.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.
• Complete stock movements and inventory tasks.
• Maintain high housekeeping and health and safety standards.

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced

Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their

PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00.

This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.

The Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the

14:00 - 22:00 PM shift. You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key responsibilities include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the site
• Supplying production areas with materials as required
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Completing stock movements and inventory tasks
• Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as required
• Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining high housekeeping and health & safety standards

Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
• Previous FLT driving experience within a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A reliable and flexible approach to work
• £13.21 per hour
• Monday to Friday

14:00 - 22:00 PM shift
