Manpower UK seeks an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a Bicester manufacturing business. This PM shift role runs Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 22:00, paying up to £13.21 hourly on a temporary-to-permanent contract.

Duties include moving materials, stock and finished goods safely around warehouse and production areas. The position suits someone seeking steady long-term work with genuine prospects of securing a permanent post.

Competenze

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous FLT driving experience in warehouse/manufacturing.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Good communication skills.

Mansioni

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles.
• Move stock, raw materials and finished goods around the site.
• Supply production areas with materials as required.
• Book stock into designated locations.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.
• Complete stock movements and inventory tasks.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams as required.
• Conduct daily FLT checks and report defects.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.
