Job summary

Manpower UK in Bicester is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver for a PM shift, 14:00-22:00, Monday to Friday. This temporary-to-perm role focuses on safe material handling in a busy manufacturing environment, supporting warehouse and production operations with timely stock movements.

The role requires a valid Counterbalance licence and practical forklift experience; you will work as part of a team, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safety while meeting production

Responsibilities

• Operate Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload vehicles and move stock across the site.

• Book stock into designated locations and assist goods-in/out activities.
• Conduct daily FLT checks and report defects; maintain housekeeping and safety standards.

# FLT Driver (Counterbalance) - PM Shift**Bicester, Oxfordshire, £13.21 per hour, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm Opportunity** Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced **Counterbalance FLT Driver** to join their **PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00**. This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position. You will be joining a busy manufacturing and production environment where safety, quality and teamwork are key.## The RoleAs a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the **14:00 - 22:00 PM shift**. You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.
