Job summary

Manpower are seeking an experienced FLT / Counterbalance Driver to join a busy warehouse team in the United Kingdom. You will be responsible for the safe movement of goods, loading and unloading, and supporting the day-to-day running of the site while upholding high safety and efficiency standards.

The role is full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm, paying £13.61 per hour with regular overtime. Applicants should hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence and have at least 1 year of

Qualifications

• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• A minimum of 1 year's Counterbalance driving experience.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics or manufacturing environment.

• Flexibility to work overtime when available.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift truck safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload deliveries.
• Move stock and materials throughout the warehouse and yard.
• Stack and store products in designated locations.
• Assist with goods-in and goods-out processes.
• Carry out routine vehicle checks and report defects.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
• Support colleagues to achieve daily operational targets.
• Adhere to all company health and safety procedures.

Working as part of the warehouse and operations team, you will be responsible for the safe movement of goods, loading and unloading vehicles, and supporting the day-to-day running of the site while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

About You

• Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence
