Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.

• Assist with goods-in and goods-out activities.
• Complete stock movements and inventory tasks.
• Support warehouse and manufacturing teams as required.
• Conduct daily FLT checks and report defects.
• Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards.

Manpower is recruiting on behalf of a well-established manufacturing business in Bicester for an experienced Counterbalance FLT Driver to join their PM Shift working Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:00. This is an excellent opportunity for a forklift driver looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

Role

As a Counterbalance FLT Driver, you will be responsible for supporting warehouse and production operations during the 14:00 - 22:00 PM shift. You will ensure materials, stock and finished products are moved safely and efficiently throughout the site.

Key responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock, raw materials and finished goods across the site
• Supplying production areas with materials as required
• Booking stock into designated locations
• Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
• Completing stock movements and inventory tasks
• Supporting warehouse and manufacturing teams as required
• Conducting daily FLT checks and reporting defects
• Maintaining high housekeeping and health andamp; safety standards

Candidate Requirements

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence
