Permanent Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Truck Driver to join a well-established manufacturing company in Knighton.

This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temp-to-perm position with ongoing training and long-term career prospects. The role includes loading/unloading, stock control, and palletising across a 12-hour continental shift schedule.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence.
• Previous FLT experience.
• Good English and Maths skills.
• Basic IT skills.
• Own transport due to location.
• Willingness to train on AisleMaster trucks and shunting duties.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Move raw materials and finished goods around site.
• Load and unload HGVs.
• Store pallets in designated racking locations.
• Operate palletising equipment.
• Complete production and stock documentation.
• 80% on FLT, 20% on stacking.

• Operating palletising equipment
• Completing production and stock documentation
• 80% on FLT, 20% on stacking

We're looking for:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence
• Previous FLT experience

• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious
• Willingness to train on AisleMaster trucks and shunting duties
• Own transport essential due to location
