Job summary

Construction Resources is seeking an experienced floorlayer in the Merseyside area for immediate start. Role involves laying vinyl flooring in wet rooms for responsive repairs and planned works. Requires 2+ years of floorlaying, full UK driving license, and own tools.

CSCS or willingness to complete E-learning courses (Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH) is needed. Company offers 40-hour weeks and provides a van, fuel card, work phone and tablet to support field

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in floorlaying.
• Full UK driving license.
• Own tools.
• CSCS or willing to complete E-learning courses (Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH)

Responsibilities

• Install vinyl flooring in wet rooms.
• Support responsive repairs and planned works in the Merseyside area.
• Adhere to CSCS and health and safety requirements.

Our client is one of the largest property services clients in the Northwest.

Due to an influx in work, they are recruiting for an experienced floor layer. Preferably with experience in wet room installations laying Vinyl flooring for their responsive repairs/Planned works departments in the Merseyside area.

Requirments:

• Minimum 2 years Experience
• Full UK Driving License
• Own ToolS
• CSCS or willing to complete E-learning courses- Asbestos Awareness, Manual Handling, Working at Heights, COSHH

Desirable:

• Qualification in Floorlaying or Joinery
• Social Housing experience
• Experience with wetroom flooring installations
