Job summary

Build Recruitment is seeking a Floor Layer for a social housing contract in Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will carry out installs, repairs and maintenance on domestic floor coverings in occupied homes and void properties.

The role offers a pay rate of £23.63 per hour CIS and includes a company van and fuel card. Qualifications include NVQ Level 2 in Floor Covering, a Blue CSCS card, a UK driving licence, and experience on domestic properties.
