Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team across guest rooms and public areas. You will ensure cleaning standards are met and guest satisfaction remains high, working closely with the Head Housekeeper.

The role requires supervisory experience in hospitality, strong organisation, and the ability to train and motivate staff while maintaining compliance with health and safety policies. Flexible hours and weekend work are included.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in hospitality, especially housekeeping.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations.
• Ability to lead and train a team.

Responsibilities

• Check the quality of rooms in a fast-paced environment.
• Organise staff rotas.
• Support Head Housekeeper and supervisory team.
• Provide ongoing training and development to the housekeeping team.
• Maintain standards of HotelCare and client.
• Meet daily targets.
• Follow health and safety policies and report hazards.
