Job summary

HotelCare invites applications for a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will work alongside the Head Housekeeper to ensure guest satisfaction and efficiency in a fast-paced hotel environment.

You will organise staff rotas, support training and development, maintain brand standards, meet daily targets, and ensure health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
