Job summary

HotelCare in Glasgow seeks a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across guest rooms and public areas. You will work with the Head Housekeeper to drive efficiency, guest satisfaction, and consistent quality on site.

The role requires prior supervisory experience in hospitality, strong people management, and a proactive approach to training and safety. Permanent contract with flexible hours and site-based work are offered.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
• Excellent guest service standards and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a busy housekeeping department to maintain guest room standards.
• Organise staff rotas and monitor performance to meet targets.
• Support Head Housekeeper and train colleagues on procedures.
