Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department and support the Head Housekeeper in delivering high standards of cleanliness across guest areas and hotel premises.

You will work with a team to maintain quality, meet daily targets, and ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to health and safety policies. This permanent, on-site role offers training and progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• In a fast-paced, high-energy environment, check the quality of rooms.
• Organise staff rotas.
• Work closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Support the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintain the standards set by HotelCare and the client at all times.
• Meet daily targets.
• Comply with health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents or injuries.
