HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department at our London site. You will lead a team, organize staff rotas, support the Head Housekeeper, ensure guest rooms meet high standards, and help achieve daily targets while upholding safety policies.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Organise staff rotas.
• Check the quality of rooms in a fast paced environment.
• Support the Head Housekeeper and supervisory team.
• Assist with ongoing training and development of the team.
• Maintain standards set by HotelCare and client at all times.
• Meet daily targets.
• Comply with health and safety policies and report maintenance issues.
