Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping department in a hotel setting. You will lead a team to ensure rooms are cleaned to the highest standards and guest satisfaction is consistently achieved.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
