Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to oversee a busy housekeeping team and ensure high standards of cleanliness across guest and hotel areas. You will work with the Head Housekeeper to maintain guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.

The role involves coordinating staff rotas, monitoring quality, and supporting ongoing training while upholding HotelCare standards with the client. This is a frontline supervisory position in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods.
• Flexibility and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
