Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to oversee in-store experiences and guide Brand Reps and Stock Associates on the floor.

You will be part of the store leadership team, driving performance through customer experience and sales on a daily basis. Responsibilities include opening/closing routines, operating the POS, fulfilling OMNI orders, maintaining visual displays, and protecting store assets while reflecting the brand culture and values.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail experience of at least 1 year is preferred.
• No supervisory/management experience required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and interpersonal skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Be energetic, outgoing, assertive and proactive.
• Demonstrate adaptability and balance multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and drive sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
