Job summary

Abercrombie & Fitch Co. is seeking a Key Lead to act as Floor Supervisor, guiding Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure smooth store operations and exceptional customer experience.

You will drive daily sales on the floor as part of the leadership team, with a schedule that includes weekends and peak periods. The role focuses on coaching, product knowledge, and maintaining a dynamic visual presentation.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience: At least 1 year preferred.
• Supervisory/managerial experience: not required.
• Maintain a strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show knowledge of current fashion trends and brand culture.

Responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing routines.
• Operate register/POS systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reports to inform decisions.
• Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
• Represent the brand and embody company culture and values.
