B&M Retail Limited in Leven is recruiting a Floor Supervisor to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 25 hours per week with flexibility to work shifts between 4pm and 10pm, across 5/7 days, supporting the Floor Manager to maintain store standards and deliver great service.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a small team in a busy retail environment, a flexible 'can do' attitude, and the ability to think on their feet.

Responsibilities

• As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers.
• Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ensure colleagues demonstrate the appropriate behaviours in the checkout area and on the sales floor.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge.
• Ensure safe environment for colleagues and customers.
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues.
• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements.
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability.
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in Leven!This is a permanent, part time role, working 25 hours a week and will require the flexibility to work shifts between the hours of 4pm and 10pm, 5/7 days a week.
