Job summary

B&M Retail is seeking a Floor Supervisor to join our Kirkcaldy store on a permanent, part-time basis. The role is 20 hours per week with shifts from 4.00pm to 11.00pm, supporting the Floor Manager to maintain excellent store standards and customer service.

You will lead a small team, ensure safe operations, deliver great service, and contribute to merchandising and profitability. A flexible, proactive approach is essential to succeed in this fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Floor Manager to ensure store standards and customer service.
• Be highly visible and approachable to customers and colleagues; ensure Behaviours and store policies are followed.
• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
• Ensure a safe environment for colleagues and customers and comply with legal requirements.
• Merchandise the store to create a welcoming environment that drives sales and profitability.
• Protect and safeguard company assets.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in!

This is a permanent, part time role, working 20 hours a week and will require shifts to be works between the hours of 4.00pm - 11.00pm
