Job summary

B&M Retail Limited in Falkirk is recruiting a Floor Supervisor for a permanent part-time role, 20 hours per week, shift 4:00pm to 11:00pm. You will support the Floor Manager to uphold store standards and deliver great service to customers.

Ideal candidates will have experience supervising a small team in fast-paced retail, a flexible can-do attitude, and the ability to think on your feet. The role includes training, safeguarding staff and customers, merchandising, and ensuring legal compliance.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Floor Supervisor to join our team in!

This is a permanent, part time role, working 20hours a week working between the hours of 4.00pm - 11.00pm

As a Floor Supervisor, you will support the Floor Manager in ensuring that our team delivers the best store standards for our customers!

• Provide colleagues with the appropriate skills and knowledge

• Operate and deliver processes that ensure the store meets all legal requirements
• Merchandise the store to provide a welcoming customer environment which also delivers sales and profitability
• Protect and safeguard the Company assets
