Job summary

B&M Retail Swindon are hiring a Customer Service Supervisor to support the Customer Service Manager in the cash office and checkout. This part-time role (16 hours per week) requires daytime, evening and weekend flexibility to cover shifts.

You will lead a small team, deliver excellent service, ensure compliance with store procedures, and help drive sales and store profitability through strong customer focus.

B&M Retail are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Supervisor to join our team in County Road Retail Park, Swindon! This is a permanent, part time role working 16 hours per week, and will require the flexibility to work shifts in the daytime, evenings and at weekends.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will support the Customer Service Manager in running the cash office and the checkout area ensuring that our team delivers the best service for our customers!
