Job summary

You will lead a team, coach staff, and partner with store leadership to meet sales targets, oversee digital services, visual merchandising, and promotions. You will drive inventory accuracy, schedule staff, and ensure adherence to NIKE standards while fostering a diverse, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a shop floor or department to create a premier customer experience.
• Track record with budgeting, planning, and achieving sales/customer-service metrics.
• Ability to plan training and conduct in-person learning with progress tracking.
• Experience using coaching and conflict-resolution techniques.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and drive sales targets.
• Coach and motivate team; ensure premium NIKE service on the floor.
• Manage inventories, digital services, and visual merchandising across the department.
• Partner with store leadership to schedule staff and launch initiatives.
