Nike in the United Kingdom seeks a store leadership professional to deliver premium customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced retail environment. You will lead a diverse team, coach staff, and ensure brand standards are upheld while coordinating with multiple departments for a seamless in-store experience.

Responsibilities include hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and leveraging data to improve performance.

• Deliver exceptional customer service on the shop floor
• Equip team with product knowledge and digital service capabilities
• Use analytics to drive continuous improvement with senior leadership
