Nike Liverpool is seeking a Floor Manager (Service Coach) to lead a team in delivering world-class consumer service and premium brand experiences. You will coach and motivate staff, coordinate daily store operations, and partner with leadership to meet sales and digital service goals.

The role emphasizes inventory control, visual standards, and ongoing training while fostering a positive Nike culture and ensuring adherence to Nike standards.

Qualifications

• Advanced exposure to retail and people management with leading a shop floor.
• Proven ability to impact business results including budgeting, planning, customer service and sales.
• Experience conducting in-person learning and coaching cohorts.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team delivering efficient product receiving and inventory accuracy.
• Ensure inventory availability and visual standards on the sales floor.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and store scheduling.
