Job summary

Nike Liverpool Edge Lane is seeking a Floor Manager (Service Coach) to lead a store team and deliver world-class customer service. This full-time role focuses on coaching staff, achieving sales targets, and ensuring premium brand standards across inventory, presentation and digital services.

You will partner with store leadership to hire, onboard, schedule and drive a positive Nike culture while maintaining excellent customer experiences and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Advanced exposure to Retail and People Management in a shop floor setting.
• Experience driving business results through budgeting, planning, and customer service.

Responsibilities
