Job summary

NIKE, Inc. Birmingham One Stop is seeking a Floor Manager (Service Coach) to lead a team and deliver world-class customer service. This full-time role focuses on driving brand standards, coaching staff, and achieving sales targets through in-store operations, digital services, and promotions.

You will schedule the team, participate in onboarding, and partner with store leadership to maintain a positive NIKE culture while ensuring inventory accuracy and a premium customer experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced exposure to Retail and People Management with the demonstrated ability in leading a shop floor.
• Experience influencing business results with budgeting, planning, sales and customer service.
• Ability to identify core areas of training and conduct in-person learning activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to deliver efficient receiving, inventory accuracy and visual standards.
• Ensure inventories are full, presentable and meet brand standards.
• Oversee product journey in store and monthly initiative launches.
• Use reporting tools to make commercial decisions and drive inventory for digital orders.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, scheduling and store culture in partnership with leadership.
• Deliver exceptional consumer service and maintain NIKE standards.
