JD GROUP in Bath is seeking a Floor Manager to drive strong shop-floor performance and deliver the exceptional service customers expect. You will lead the team, uphold high standards, and ensure the store runs smoothly across every shift.

Working with the management team, you will boost sales, engage customers, and maintain a clean, organised environment. This hands-on leadership role demands strong communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to team development and daily store

Qualifications

Supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
Solid commercial awareness with an understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.
Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
