Job summary

The role focuses on coaching colleagues, merchandising, stock replenishment, KPI achievement, and a positive, proactive approach to store operations.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with proven experience supporting and developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness with understanding of how daily actions contribute to store KPIs and performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service standards, ensuring every customer receives fast, friendly, and professional support.
• Drive commercial performance through effective shop-floor execution, including merchandising, replenishment, and motivating the team.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance, strong engagement, and consistent adherence to company policies and processes.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and maintaining a clean, organised shop-floor environment.
