Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in a fast-paced retail or customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities with a track record of developing team members.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to uphold high operational and visual standards.
• Solid commercial awareness and understanding of how daily actions impact store KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional JD service standards with fast, friendly, professional support.
• Drive performance through shop-floor execution: merchandising, replenishment, and team motivation.
• Lead and develop colleagues to maintain high performance and adherence to policies.
• Support day-to-day store operations: opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and clean, organized floor.
