Soho House is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a floor team and uphold Soho House service standards, delivering a warm yet elevated experience for members, guests and staff. You will coordinate service from greeting to bill, ensuring consistency and efficiency in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

The role focuses on developing training, refining systems, and collaborating with departments to optimise member interactions while managing rotas and labour costs and maintaining professional

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in similar capacity.
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environments and remains calm under pressure.
• Hospitable, approachable and passionate about customer service.
• Flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to take direction and work in a team or autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Drive exceptional service standards for members, guests and staff.
• Lead training sessions on Soho House food and drink programs.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure seamless guest interactions.
• Support recruitment by participating in interviews with People & Development.
• Oversee onboarding and development of new team members.
• Gather member feedback with the Membership team to improve offerings.
• Train staff on Soho House values and service standards.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure timely task completion.
• Create staff rotas, manage labour costs, and reduce overtime.
• Uphold appearance, compliance, safety, and professionalism.
