Job summary

B&M Retail Limited is looking for a Floor Manager to lead our Acton store in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment. The role is permanent and full-time, with expected flexibility across days, evenings and weekends to drive performance and customer satisfaction.

You will oversee the shop floor, coach your team, and push for strong results while maintaining high merchandising standards and an outstanding customer experience every day. Join us to grow with a dynamic retail leader.
