Job description

As the Floor Manager, you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that not only elevate store sales but also create an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. With a dedicated team by your side, you'll lead in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team, you'll craft a shopping journey that is genuine, personalized, and always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Offer customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge, and store experience.
  2. Analyze selling information and collaborate with the store manager to maximize sales performance of your department.
  3. Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service.
  4. Support recruitment and ensure induction and training of new starters.
  5. Assist the Store Manager in identifying future talents and developing plans for their progression.
  6. Oversee store operations.
  7. Act as a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers.
  8. Step into the role of Store Manager in their absence.
Qualifications

Additional Information
